Discussion Is acne a sign of high testosterone?

I noticed something with chads everytime they say "This is what I looked like before I [insert redpill bs here] bro!" and almost everytime chad has acne for like a couple months then it all disappears when I hardly ever have acne ever.

And if this is true then maybe you should be proud to have acne just like you should be for a slow metabolism.

It could be a sign your hormones are in overdrive and thus you might have more testosterone. Or it could be your diet and you eat like shit and it inflames your body and your skin breaks out. Or you genuinely need to wash your face cause it's dirty.

It really depends on the person. When I was in highschool I had bad acne around my mouth and chin and I read that mostly means hormones going crazy

Plus you build a habit of clean hands and face washing after you touch yourself so it is productive iguess
