Depends on your genetics. If your skin lost it’s elasticity and youthful looks then yes. If not, you are still young. The number itself attached to the age is nothing more than a predictor of these traits. It’s not the number that makes you an oldcel, it’s your GENETICS.

What you should be more concerned with is your social development, which IS time sensitive. The older you get, the harder it is to develop these attributes.
