Israel and the US have done everything to get to this point where they have basically isolated Iran and are able to pressure them as much as they want.
US pressure on Iran is against what Iran stands for which is Shia Islamic influence which resulted in a clash against Israeli influence. The economic destruction of Iran and increased suffering of Iranians would show the Iranian regime's inability to care for its citizens, which would morally justify an uprooting of the Iranian regime to normcattle.
Israeli interests are hawkish because the US backs them and it helps to justify Iran's destruction. Increased pressure which resulted in the Iranian protests shows how much Iran lacks deterrence which it is trying to get with nuclear weapons. Israel has already bombed Syria into submission after the fall of Assad because not doing so would undermine their interests, not doing so would give Syrians self-determination. I believe this is why Israel is allowing the collapse of the Kurds with Turkish assistance, maybe the Druze will fall after them.
The collapse of Iran would mean the collapse of Shia Islam and Iranian culture outside of what femishits want it to be, a secular Jewish regime would be pushed on Iran for the sake of females and Israeli morality.
The US & Israel are not particularly affected if every Iranian died or if full scale war broke out again in the middle east, which leads them to pressure Iran. An Iranian collapse would mean Israel would rule the middle east, religiously, mentally, and militarily.
The Russians and Chinese only have mild interest in preserving Iran, because it would mean going against the US, and this would mean sticking your neck out which would not be worth it for both of them. This is why they are providing as much military aid as they can without directly intervening.
Turkey wants to de-escalate the Iranian situation by slowly introducing a nuclear deal to them and easing sanctions if cooperation does happen, but I don't know how effective their stance on the situation can be.
