Physicians make a lot of money and that is a very high-status job. That should be obvious. Do you know what a physician is? There is a correlation between IQ and success in the arts (especially music). You still have to work a job to survive. Unless he can get accepted for disability he can't just be NEET forever. Men are driven by status so they will pick a high-status job over being a janitor, if they can for evolutionary reasons. If someone is of a very high IQ and decides to become a greeter at Walmart then he is mentally ill and women will avoid him.

High IQ will grant you a lot of advantages in life, but genuine interest from women won't be one of them if you're not physically attractive. I didn't struggle in high school, I just had 2 subjects with bad grades because one teacher was a cornballfag, I studied for less time then most people because I was lazy, and let's say my IQ is 120, that literally means that 10% of the population is "smarter then me".
