Good point. Introverted children are rare or not even existent. Its usually result of shitty parents, poverty, being smaller than others, looking weird or just being ugly, easy target for bullies. Bad experiences makes one to hate socialization as defensive mechanism.

Humans are naturally extremely social. Introversion just comes from bullying or being ostracized. I was very talkative in my elementary school years and I started to get relentlessly bullied in middle school and that is when I became quiet.

I don't think so. In the model of Jungian personality theory, introversion means you're generally responding instead of initiating. Personality is formed by the age of 3 or so. There seems to be no pattern relating it to the ones of the parents. There might be a genetic component to it or it might be a reaction to the environment you grew up in.
About 50% of people are introverted, and most of them were not "bullied" before the age of 3. But their environment might have pushed them into an introverted role.
