Hello everyone, my name is Nichol and I'm hoping to find some understanding on this website as Reddit isn't doing it for me.
About me:
20yo, 5'5" (165cm) and probably an incel. A nerd about genetics, transport. White European. I also listen to all kinds of music, so there's lots I can talk about.
About my boss:
Foid, early 30's, blonde htb/stacey, makes me feel pathetic for just trying to exist. Always gives me this pitiful look when I do anything and always nags me if I make a mistake like eating banana chips from the wrong cabinet. Then acts as if nothing happened and she's just this fake "sweet" with everyone.
Also there's this teenage (18) trans "foid" who calls itself Emmy in our workplace who wears cat ears and transgender flags and just makes being LGBTQ+++ its whole personality. Also apparently has depression and doesn't eat and cuts infront of everybody..
My boss says it's "like a daughter" to her and offers it her sandwiches and is all caring to it yet I am again left feeling like subhuman because it's fake towards me and she wouldn't even ask if I feel alright.

Anyway sorry for the rant and I would appreciate any kind of support or DMs/PMs and friend requests.

Not a troll, my boss is a social worker and our workplace is like an open community for young people. This is the craziest one around and I hate working here because it used to be a fairly good place before my new boss started working there.
Troon is not a worker, just a regular.
