What I really hate about nofap is:
1. Its very blue pilled and inherently cucked. It revolves around a culture promoting male self loathing and male shaming - Biggest example of this that I have seen on nofap forums, is that masturbation is discouraged and shamed, yet if a guy on nofap claims to have sex he doesn't get the same criticism even though he achieved an orgasm, in fact its given a pass and treated as "it doesn't count", and that's because nofap is really about shaming men for not being able to acquire an orgasm (sex) "the right way".
