Internet is not connecting to the laptop

Hi
  I'm having internet connectivity problem.I gave my laptop for service because of mother board problem.After that internet is not connecting to my laptop.first i thought network problem but its not because of network.from any device internet is not connecting to my laptop.i checked settings.it is proper.i don't know what is the problem is .Can anyone help me for this problem .I'm doing my project so I'm feeling very difficult without internet
