Is lack of rape just lack of youthfulness and virility in society? So that's why rape's are so few and far between in The West and those rape's are mostly committed by young native man (which makes rate of rape seem small due to them being small minority ) and young immigrants rather than an middle aged/old native. Our society is so anti-rape maybe because it's controlled by bunch of boomers rather than the young folk, so foids listen to the government agenda instead and other boomers.
