The far left always claim to want to fight societal norms and so do the far right. We use different terms and maybe approach it a bit differently, but it's essentially both a pushback against the normies!
I guess... people who are heavily ideological in some way tend to be kind of creative, abstract-thinking, unusual. Including me! I am those things.
And so to us... normies are like... space aliens, lol
I'm not entirely sure where I'm going with this
But yeah maybe this is at least somewhere the far left and the far right can agree, that often they have a desire to be different in some way (or just are naturally somewhat different no matter what they do) that they feel like society tries to stifle.
That's it really. Just something I was thinking about!
