Whenever a therapist has labeled me as mentally ill, I have just thought that it was just their personal opinion.
The truth is……therapists are not the tellers of unquestionable truth.
Their opinion is not a fact just because they have a therapist job title.
In a reality, they are not that intelligent, generally.
Though they imagine themselves to all be geniuses……they are usually midwits.
Not retards, but not particularly smart either.
I would tell everyone in therapy to take what their therapist says as merely being advisory.
Do not just do something because they suggested it……when you disagree with them.
I have made it this far by NOT listening to any of my therapists.
If I had listened to them……..I’d be wageslaving and taking huge amounts of pills.
