He literally was parked where customers would normally park to do normal lawful activities, so what makes him different?

Loitering has a vague definition, that's why the cops harassed him. This happened to me a few times when I was working nights and would park in a nearby park or somewhere quiet. It doesn't matter if the place is closed. Every time, they'd leave after a minute and I'd park somewhere else. This dude getting arrested by 3 cops is wild.

Mm, I don't know, it seems like he was just kind of being obnoxious to me, at least, regarding to how he acted with that first male cop. I feel like the reason the cop gave for asking about what he was doing was pretty fair—and he was just being uncooperative for the sake of being uncooperative.

I feel like if this was me, I'd just be like 'oh, sorry, I was just eating my food here because of such and such reason, can I help you in any way?' And then I'd probably just be sent on my way if he didn't just outright let me off and then allowed me to continue eating in peace.

All that being said, is it really just me who thinks this way...? Maybe there's something wrong with how I perceive these situations...
