I thought the topic is very interesting.
If I have to describe these methods, I would describe them as secretive or nepotist
When indians got hold of a company position, they would fire everyone and only hire fellow indians. Eventually that gives them bargaining power in the company, and with the blessing of the Jews, they get to be CEO.
Chinese method is radically different. They don't fire or replace anyone. Instead, they invest in the company or sometimes taking ownership of them. Hence they are more secretive because they don't care until you criticize China. They usually put on a foreign CEO so it is even more secretive.
