This is an classic appeal to nature fallacy. Rape is also natural, but we have laws protecting against that don't we? And so is Anarchy... The list goes on.
Just because something is natural doesn't mean its right or okay. And secondly, look around you. Everything in society is unnatural, do you really think that we live 200,000 years ago, Yeah sure, but we shouldn't do anything about loneliness because its natural, Oh, because its natural that some men are outcast from society, mocked, denigrated on the basis of superficial features propgated by toilets and society(sacrasm, used to mock the argument, used to prevent irony poisoning)? And thirdly, this assumes that the current selection taking place is natural, its not, its based on face, height, and race. Money, status and other indictators of competence are soundly rejected, or used in an parasitic relationship devoid of love or meaning.
Just think, if we truly did live in nature, in an world where life is short, meaningless and brutish, how would that impact you?

Don't tell them about the species of animals that have been driven to extinction or near extinction because of female sexual selection. Sexual selection = natural selection is a midwit argument. With this context, them equating it to be a good thing is hilarious. We are a more advanced species so we have the power, and honestly should have the right to control female sexual selection for the greater good of humanity.

Not to mention what we are experiencing now is female sexual selection on steroids. Back in the day, women were limited to their area, so they would really have to get lucky if they got a Chad (even if they were Stacy) and would have to be with a LTN or MTN guy at most if they lived in an area with no Chads. Now they can just fuck every Chad in a 50 mile radius.

It is truly saddening how some people when they obtain discretion, immediately abuse it, it shows that they cannot be trusted with that discretion, and would commit horrible choices/immoral choices unless society would be protecting them otherwise.
