Hear me out, so we know bone thickness can actually be increased and a thicker feet should give you more height right? that's the only body part where such an adaptation would make you taller , so I am thinking in using plyometrics to maximize the stress on those bones, it should also give you a little more of thinkness in the tissues of your feet (similar to how parkour athletes develop little airbags under the skin to absorb fall damage

Well it would take too long for me to grow bone mass in my feet. Plus the shoes look goofy.

No, I will NEVER take off my lift shoes. Not till the day I die.
 
Hopefully, that combined with bowleg and pelvic tilt exercises could increase my height to 6'

not bad, if you fix your back and make it straight, you can get to 6'0 easily, depending on how bad it is you can get up to 2-3 inches (but is rare)

Been slouching since I was a teen, and even other teens acknowledged it. I wonder if I am one of those cases (even if missing 1 inch only). And I have a long torso, too.

Fix the back? Like get the spine straightened out?

im talking about fix the posture, may seems stupid but almost every person (including normies) have somewhat bad posture, plus isnt just "stay straight", you have to "mold" your back with exercises to have a good one.

Just start walking barefoot outside. If you want barefoot shoes, get Xeros, but do note they have a 5mm sole.

I am doing upper body hypertrophy training, it should offset any perceived imbalance from all my heightmaxxing strategies

My father works in the anti aging industry and I have access to state of the art treatments/drugs, I will be fine for a while, I am also doing every lifestyle improvement in the toolbox for maximizing health

I'd be worried about my knees. Skin heals quickly. Ligaments take ages.
