A Proper rating scale shouldn't be based on just emotions or whatever personal system you're using. It should be based on a scientific objective basis a proper system that fits EVERYONE from 0-10. There has to be nuance. Most people are average. Most people would be 5/10s. Do you think most people are better looking in the guy in the OP?
