Some info about the website:
Both forum tracker and time online determine if a user is online or not by the "Last online" on his pfp. If it's "A moment ago" or "1 minute ago", then it's selected as online

All that remians is the periods (plot in hours for which time does the users online peaks, for all time) or dividing them into 4 periods of hours.

what I mean is at which hours do online users peak, so the same as "last day" in forum traffic data but averaged for the all time.

that would achieve the target of knowing at which hours do users usually use the forum on average at any time

You mean a last day but the data is the average from the whole time ?

yes, so the plot shows the hours for active users online, but avaergaed for all days, all time not just the last day.
Honestly? I have no more ideas anymore if you achieve this but I'll try to think of more for the future.
