I look pretty lean with muscle mass, even though I have stopped going to the gym and climb trees instead. I walk and scooter around tha paths and along the beach, and no female even glances an eye. They couldn't care less.

Being skinny didn't fix my face. Gone below 55 kgs, and it did not make my face that much leaner. I also had almost no sodium and high potassium, eating bananas and drinking coconut water.

No diet for my face.

it's not a bad thing at all really. in addition to the health benefits of being fit , it also makes it harder to be gaslit about Self improvement

I train martial arts and honestly it helps knowing that If some evil asshole decided to physically bully me for being ugly like they used to in middle school, there's a good chance I could kill him. Of course fights should still be avoided at all costs but having that mentality definitely does change the way you hold frame. Now obviously "holding frame" isn't going to do shit for an ugly face when it comes to a fucking foid monkeys, but physical activity and the resulting fitness provides a buffer against getting degraded

I don’t understand why anyone should compliment anyone’s physique nowadays. You can achieve a ‘good physique’ with relatively low effort if you hop on steroids and maybe peptides. That’s what a lot of normies do these days.

I cope because exercise makes you feel better and relieves tension in a healthy way. I'm naturally a depressed person so exercising helps relieve that
