I certainly think they do. Things like being under less scrutiny, being punished less for mistakes. Also the halo effect and being a woman makes everyone appreciate them more and help them. They're also a lot more manipulative and sociable, while guys (at least those like us) are somewhat outcasts.

My foid manager I used to work for, ended up getting to that position really quickly weirdly enough, idk whether she sucked dick or had good relations with one of the male managers or just simply got in for self insert diversity position, but she got there in a span of a couple months, and yes she is the most manipulative cunt ever and had a co worker of mine, possibly turn against me, simply because why not, since I knew the fucking prick was behaving pretty mean afterewards for no reason, even when unwanted.

To add more onto this, all the other foids get special treatment, though sometimes when the work is slow the managers get a bit pissed off, but usually they get over it because their males. Heck my oneitis that I had during my contract was treated better than I was and she's not even NT and more or so likely on the spectrum.

Never will I ever work in public ever again, I just can't deal with those slimy idiots.

Honestly they're getting treated like children. Get help from everywhere and they get everything explained 5x if they want to and no one complains about it. If a man asks for a second explanation they're already considered slow or incompetent.

In one job I had several years ago, my boss was this old, loud, sack of shit with a 50s mindset, and he would yell the fuck at male employees when something went wrong, in full view of everyone else, but when a female did it, she would be berated privately.

I can't speak for jobs in the city but in more rural America they aren't pampered as much as you'd think.
When money is involved they're far more likely to cut a foid loose if she's not profitable or is causing problems.

However one thing I find annoying is how women will get hired for cushy office jobs way before a man will. I really don't get why we've had to go through 4 office managers over the course of a year and a half when a man can probably figure out such a simple job pretty easily.
There for a while it seemed like they were going out on the floor and picking the most attractive foid to come in and help with office stuff, it was kind of sad because they were all morons and would be quickly overwhelmed.

Lol yes nobody will admit it but many jobs are more or less reserved to young females because they're an eye candy for the client.

To be fair though, it's also because females are more amenable and thus more comfortable in the service industry. I waited tables long time ago and I hated it. There is something profoundly humiliating for a grown up man to do that. It's also painfully dull. I assume females just don't mind that much doing it.

I sometimes think about the children game of "tea party" and how it's mostly little girls who enjoy it. I think that says a lot about the gender behavioral differences in the workplace.

The evidence proves they do, and every job I worked at had a bunch of women doing 1/10th the work of the men and standing around and talking and doing nothing but I get yelled at if I do one thing wrong. One time I worked with this woman from Cuba and she legitimately worked hard but other than that every woman I have worked with just stands around talking with other women until she has to do 5 minutes of real work.

Also echoing similar sentiment in this thread, I think women are chosen for a lot of jobs by managers because they aren't seen as much of a threat as men are. When I say threat I mean to workplace intrigue and manoeuvring, I just think women are naturally inclined to be less ambitiousness.
