Under the Equality Act 2010 a person is disabled if they have a physical or mental impairment that has a 'substantial' and 'long-term' negative effect on their ability to do normal daily activities.

Being born with the wrong set of genes is a physical impairment for which there is no treatment and which leads to no sex, which is a normal daily activity most normies can enjoy. For truecels, socializing is impossible too due to bullying and hate.

The lack of sex and of loneliness also has very negative physiological and psychological effects. Among other things, inceldom can lead to a lack of motivation, which renders even the most basic normal daily activities nearly impossible.
