1.Install dating apps (all of them; bumble, tinder, okcupid whatever). Most of us will find little to no matches, or very low quality matches that doesn't ask to go out. That confirms that you're not attractive enough in 2022.
2.Next, go to a prom. It doesn't have to be super formal; just show up to one. Ask the girls to date or even dance, one by one. Chances are you'll gonna be rejected by all of them, leaving you humiliated with so many other people.
The reason is that these activities confirm your real life attractiveness and online attractiveness, so no more coping "tinder isn't irl". I've personally went through both, and it has soldified my belief; I now stop giving so many fucks and do whatever I want now, bexause it's a clown world there.
