It's just a small thought I had, but I feel the government should give incentives to incels to take care of comatose female patients. Two incentives, really, the first one is money (Enough to support yourself and her), and the second is physiological needs (Intimacy), which can be obtained through the girl. It starts like this
We take a 3-4 week lecture on how to take care of a comatose patient, get certified, congratulations. Next step is picking out the patient, which is free for you to do, up to your personal preference. The third and final before iniating care of her is taking her to your home. Every week, you recieve a paycheck enough to cover the costs of her, and then for yourself. You get to enjoy her as much as you want, so long you clean her and take care of her, (A Doctor will come every two months to check the state of her)
Family, relative, and friends are allowed to visit twice a week at your home, for only some hours. Sorry, but you'll have to deal with normies a little bit.
I think really, there are more positives than negatives, actually, there really isn't any negative at all. Her parents don't have to go to the hospital, a place associated with the sick, and go to your lively home, where there's not just hospital gowns, the smell of a hospital, and things like these. Most importantly, I get to fuck a living, breathing cute girl, without having to worry about not being Chad. I think the only limit is there isn't enough women for these to be handed, and unfortunately the idea can't be applied to refugees or any conscious hole.
