I know we already had the 6 month survey but I wanted to create another one that would give us a more holistic view on our community.

Here are some of the things I feel the other survey didn’t do well.

• Little variety in ethnicity so I added more variety to ethnicity (When I release the stats I will group people by race).
• No height question? Added a height question
• Changed from terms like overweight or normal to specific BMIs

I added some more question on there that I think are important in disproving some myths about us. It is only 10 questions so I would appreciate if you did this and answered honestly (If you care about us you won't troll).
