Indeed it is more soy-filled, but my theory is that these policies were made with the REAL intention to avoid the forum of getting down, not because the mods actually care (which they should not if they are incels, since it does give any benefit to incel issues), so with this perspective i understand why it would be done, would not surprise me if more "socially approved" policies were to come in the future with the same purpose.

Indeed, you are right, maybe the new policy was made so the forum gain less attention or any other reasonable reason, if the policy was made because the mods REALLY care it would be hilarious, i am trying to come to a reasonable conclusion on why the new policy would me inplemented. Funny thing is that there are "incels" here who literally received footjob from a non-escort foid and other subtle fakecels that do not get banned, there should be a policy against fakecels but i doubt it would happen. Either way it seems that you are right.
