Well, in my case, my female friends are old friends from college with or workplace friends. Some of them are married to my male friends or dating them. Others share my tastes in music, movies, books etc.
I've always behaved with them in the same manner I behave my male friends. Meaning, I don't always like what they say and do, or agree with them just because they're females.

I was able to talk to a female by playing a card game with a social group in college 1 time only, Another time i was able to play cards with another social group from work 1 time, I think the old way of making friends might work if you are good at playing cards but your still ugly so wont lead to sex or a friendship, They never talked to me again after that cardgame, It was frightening cold truth that isolation in college is just harsh and brutal.

In all fairness nobody really has a female friend as that would imply it's not all just one sided even normies just get used by toilets.
Females are told by day one of existence that "men and women are equal" as well as "we can all be friends (platonic)" type of crap... and by who? Other foids who are bitter and full of shit. The reason females would rather be "friends" with a man; the trope of "i hate hanging out with other girls; guys have less drama" type of cliche that foids will use to get into a guy's group is simply because they are more social than men are.
