Lets say someone has a female friend, and they are alone together. She enjoys his presence, but they never do anything romantic together, such as holding hands or kissing. They spend hours together, and talking about stuff. I'd say they aren't quite a fakecel, but aren't the same as incels. I think they shouldn't be allowed on the forum if they do this.
