The weather in America makes it necessary to have in summer months
Not for me I just strip down to my underwear.
There are ones that don’t sit in windows but rather on the floor somewhere, you just need to put a tube into the window which takes up less space than if the whole A/C was sitting in it.
For me when you’re cold you can put on layers of cloths/blankets to your liking until it feels like the perfect temp. When I’m not and strip down I’m still hot
you live in germany where the average summer temp is 18.5 c, most places in the US get significantly hotter. I live in a state that borders canada and which is colder than most of the country and our average summer temp is 22.8 c.

True, but i also visited other countries and even there i didnt see much air conditioning. Its only really common in hotels
lots of people must have air conditioning in southern Spain, Portugal, most of Italy, coast of Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, Crna Gora, Albania because from may to september it's hot out there.

Actually, you don't need one here.So instead I have to use a shitty desk fan, feels like I’m in a third world country. When summer comes this is gonna be fucking brutal, I don’t do well with heat. Sometimes I can’t even drive places if my car is too hot. Now I have to be miserable and sweat my ass off, if only a sweaty foid was next to me naked
