when someone gets in trouble always ask him what he knows. Act like he is the snitch. You can even spread rumors that he is the type to talk to HR about bs and doesn't mind his own business.
Basically build up a persona that he can't ask about or talk about to other people. And if he does you've trapped him as a snitch. Since you called him that and he talking about your fake dark web activities to them or telling them he thinks your are a virgin because you type fast.
