Since the 8th of August I've had a routine of rewatching the same 3 videos (each around 20 seconds long) every night on repeat for about 15 minutes. After I finish watching the videos I move onto a different profile and scroll through the same 2 posts a couple of times, waiting for the music to change in their post before flicking onto the final photo - then only clicking off when the music ends.

I actually can't fall asleep if I haven't done the routine. If I try and stop I'll be prioritising it over my sleep so there is almost no point.
