I haven't cleaned my feet in 20 years. They don't itch and i don't have athletes foot. Did you know that vaccines are the #1 reason people get athletes foot? I'm living proof of that since i haven't had a vaccine in 20 years. All you have to do is eat healthy and walk barefoot in the grass and your feet will thank you.

Happened to me once, I took a pocket knife, bend the nail upwards then cut the piece off, it was infected and smelly, after that it got better, since then I have kept a close eye on my toenails particularly big toe
