It itches alot, especially in jeans. I cant tell you about sweaty legs, but since I shave my head the sweat is running down my face like wild in the gym. If your legs sweat alot I expect it to be nasty. Currently I trim my ass and upper legs since they are hairy af. Turn that electric shave-buzzer thing to 6-8mm works fine for me. That only itches on the day after.
