Since you already know that all girls think you are ugly and don't wanna talk to you. (For Me I have thought this way since the age of 6-7).

Nobody has ever directly called you ugly do to modern politeness, but you know since nobody wants to talk to you and you are good at judging your own looks and what others think of you based on facial expressions.

And if a good looking girl talks to you (work/school related) you become extremely uncomfortable/panic and either freeze up or you get out of the situation immediately.
