It's indeed a very good movie and oversexualized imagery is to show the dystopic nature of the futuristic times in which the plot takes place (it doesn't glorify it). The book is even more sexualized than the movie - the movie scene in which Alex has sex with 2 girls was based on a book scene in which Alex rapes two underage girls. Ofc, they couldn't include the original version.
