Serious Incel Trait: Waving at a Female or a Blank Stare?

If you see a female that you know of, but have never had a conversation with them before or know their name, make eye contact with you from far away, would it be low T to wave? Giving her a blank stare until I'm close enough to greet her in a casual volume of voice would be very autistic, and yelling at her from 30 feet away seems low class and mentalcely.
