exactly, i had jobs but I couldn't last more than a few months, sometimes i was fired without explanation, and in some cases I left because of exhaustion.

What do you mean? Literally get a guard card and apply. It takes like 2 hours to study for the certifications online and total about $170 to pay for the processing fees.
If you go to a security company chances are they might pay for the guard card training to incentivize you to start working for them, no strings attached. They even pay for the firearm permit.

AKA you need contacts. In Spain, in order to get a relatively normal job (even blue-collar ones), you need contacts (social network). If you had no friends in school like me, you're pretty much screwed throughout your adulthood.

Insane honestly how there is so much supply for even the most trash tier jobs. Entry level without experience is always terrible. Common misconception that security guards gotta be scary looking. You're just there because the insurance company said there needs to be one. You're useless and no one cares about you as a guard in most jobs, in some cases you're all alone.

I had an internship as a developer and after 3 months they didn't continue it, now i work as a tailor and tbh i hated the job anyways, full of chands and stacties, getting mogged everyday was brutal af, now i work with mostly older generations. Also couldn't find a remote job because of too high competition ( curries )

I was lucky enough to have an aunt who knows my current boss. She managed to get me a job and that's what I've been doing now for a little more than a year.
