On top of my bruxism, I am 99% sure that I have also suffered from sleep apnea over the past few years. I snore loudly, sometimes wake up choking in the middle of the night and am always tired throughout the day, even if I go to bed early. It really does suck, and I've probably already lost IQ points too from constant brain fog from being exhausted and my brain literally being deprived of oxygen every night as I sleep.
If my sleep apnea is bad enough, which I believe it is, I could undergo double jaw surgery to open up my airways, which would not only cure my condition, but also ascend me by giving my face a forward grown look, which is always good. This surgery would really kill two birds with one stone. However, being the cheap kikes they are, insurance companies are reluctant to pay for surgeries that cost tens of thousands of dollars and would instead opt for me to wear a cumbersome CPAP mask every night. Brutoool.
