Anyone else struggle with this? I tend to overthink a lot and worry, jump to worst case scenario.
Even when trying to sleep, it gets really bad sometimes, my thoughts won't stop. Fml.

Had this problem as a child/teenager.

Yeah it happens sometimes but not too often

most of the time it’s just like I’m empty and without any thoughts in the first place

WE are self aware to the Point of Stagnation.

Drink Alkohol get dopamine intaktes . ((They)) knew Exactly that people will Tend to do those Things.

Bastards , but IT Just feels so good being wasted

i have the opposite, a very sluggish mind. i can never be witty in the moment.

Was there any way you dealt with it or did it just stop?
It stopped from its own, didn't do anything. But still it occasionally returns.

Sounds like anxiety

When I think about past trauma I often spaz out and curse a lot, saying things like "shit, fuck, fuck, shit"

When it's a really bad memory I don't like, I'll hit myself by punching the side of my head or something

I feel like a lot of people do that though

Me too, used to be very witty but rotting takes a toll on your mind.
