when I was in highschool i had acne all over my face and i was really skinny, almost anorexic. people would walk up to me and ask if I was on drugs and they'd make fun of me. idk why. i don't think I looked like i was on drugs

i look very sleepy sometimes even tho i am not which gives me dark cercles around my eyes. that can make people think that you're either on drugs or really sick plus acne is a problem but it's rare that drugs dause this shit
