Incel trait: Mom, older sisters, or other adult female relatives were shallow and critical as fuck

I have an older sister. When she was with my mom and I would have no choice but to tag along, I would regularly see them criticizing men they would encounter ("that guys so disgusting!", "he looks like a perv", etc.). Even when watching TV, the focus was appearance. A normie therapist reading this would say "that might be the source of your dysmorphic disorder", but in my case, its not - I'm straight up sub-5, and had to endure hearing this.

I'm really sorry to hear that I think you should probably just avoid taking what they say to heart and remember you can be an amazing person no matter what people say about you just don't hate yourself over your looks and if other people do comment on them then hey just ignore those people and remember their nasty views shouldn't have to effect your life sorry if those seems in any way condescending I'm just trying to offer my advice and have a wonderful day
