For years I have had an imaginary girlfriend. I feel bad for everyone that doesn't have it, its my only coping mechanism nowadays. Though despite that there is no feeling more brutal than remembering that the daydreams aren't real and you are just imagining it all.

Never had an imaginary GF before but tried it once when I was 22. It just wouldn't click in my mind in spite of the fact that I have a vivid imagination.
