I've always had gut issues but nowadays especially it feels like I'm constantly getting semi diarrhea no matter what I eat. I shouldn't have dairy but I do it anyway because I'm a neet and I love ice cream.

I'm not lactose intolerant but I've had continuous gut problems since my teenage years. The most ridiculous part was when I went to the doctor's and after a round of expensive tests they basically informed me they couldn't pinpoint the cause. JFL
