doesnt the g-factor construct show that verbal IQ is one of the many measures that have a very high correlation with other tests of IQ? If so, it would not make sense to exclude one cognitive trait when it is found to be highly correlated with all other cognitive traits. I haven't looked into the IQ papers much but just a quick glance on the wiki page shows that the g-factor remains valid across cultures.

A majority of the people they studied were foids and it also showed that low iq students were less likely to score as well. And this was only accounting for teenage years. Being high iq will definitely increase your chances of success later on. Being able to make more money and have better social skills
