Brutal Incel trait: having severe ACNE in the age of 20

Im turning 21 soon, but i still have severe ACNE. It is usually considered a teenager thing, but i have it much more now compared to when i was a teen.

My back is covered in acne. My face gets pimples often still, even in my nose and lips. I have a fucking pimple on my leg too right now. It sucks still having bad acne at 19
