Yesterday I slept so late and woke up around 4pm jfl. I just couldn’t go to sleep my mind was racing and I literally felt like I was going insane fucking brutal.

are you willing to try shit that’s out of your comfort zone? Stretching can help relax your body more. If my room is a mess it’s harder for me to relax so even just making it less dirty can help. Asmr is a god send. Melatonin didn’t work for me, I was taking a lot (your tolerance will go up) and just having weird dreams.Can I fix it without meds
