Im not scared, i just dont know when im supposed to do, and say, and in what order im supposed to do things.
Like when my parents have Christmas here and theres like 30 people over, and if I go into the area where all the people are, I dont understand what im even supposed to do. Too many people at once makes me not understand what im supposed to do next, and in what order. I have tried speaking to people but it comes off as autistic to just randomly select someone, so I just don't say anything and wait for people to come to me or say something to me first.

I don't even go to to family gathering and when my family comes house I literally go to the room in where they are, take my food and go back to my room without saying hello or making any eyecontact
