When you see a problem, you don't think about how you can cope, you think about how it could be solved. This is where a lot of my frustration comes from regarding inceldom: it's a problem that can't be solved and it's a major part of life; nothing I do can fix it and I just have to cope with that.
I've lived life without much that I couldn't change. Sure, I've had family die but it's ok that they're at rest. There are things like being bad at sport, or back pain or whatever, but it's fine; I don't need to cope every day how I'm bad at sport because it's not an integral part of life. I'm just not used to coping at all, which is how I found the blackpill naturally on my own and then later found a name to the thoughts as well as some more knowledge and things to think about.
It's important that you don't refer to it as an ideology, because it's not; it's an assortment of facts off of which you can base your own conclusions.
Anyways, I'm just bad at coping because I like to find solutions or just not care instead. But I've met people whose lives almost revolve around coping and not facing reality, and it's why so many people don't like to have deep conversations (well, apart from being a bit uncomfortable with some ugly guy wanting to talk to them) and why people like to consume media to distract them. People with real problems who can't really do anything other than cope, like severe agoraphobia or health issues leaving you quasi immobile. Those people who have those things have become expert copers and aren't sometimes aren't depressed; they just get on with it and are happy with escaping reality.
