For me is the opposite. When I'm outside, I don't get constipated, I get "loose". I feel the need to shit all the time, because I'm socially anxious...

At home, I get constipated or loose, it can go either way, but outside, I WISH I got constipated (Not trying to be insensitive towards your problem though).

Can't relate lol, what I do notice is that in social environments my digestive system starts to make weird noises. The worst time was during a test when my stomach just kept making weird noises for like 20+ minutes. It's something I can't control tbh. I really hate school but this is another reason I can't go back to school at all. I notice whenever I'm in class suddenly my digestive system starts making noises and I suddenly get the urge to shit and I have to hold in my farts. School SUCKS.
