to this day i always make sure i shit in my home. even in extreme cases i rush towards home just to shit. also i always do take outs and never eat inside resturants. am i alone?

I never had the urge of shitting outside as far as I remember, however my problem is more about pissing, even in my own house sometimes I want to piss but the the mechanism just get blocked at the moment when I'm ready, what works sometimes is switching my thoughts, but is like I have to decipher a puzzle to change my mind about the thought that is making me "anxious"
