Didnt read the article yet but short answer nobody cares about mens issues. Long answer, addressing something like male loneliness makes a lot of people uncomfortable. It would require us to look at women as well as other men and dissect why we have a problem with male loneliness. Its much easier to ignore that its a problem, or to blame it on the victims of said loneliness.
