I´m forcing myself to go against my sexual desires. I suffer from an extremely strong libido (hispanics tend to have high testosterone as opposed to whites and asians, similar to blacks) and the combination between masturbation and pornography is simply insufficient, also getting foids is simply out of the question (lol). Simultaneously, I realized that the issue with my inceldom is the feeling of inadequacy that derives from being a sexless guy in this regime of sexual compulsion created by queers and the sexual revolution.
Anyway, I want to take violent measures to control my sexual urges and self-flagellation seems like a good option: it feels like a more radical version of a Pavlovian negative reinforcement.
